In situations where clearly incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error (such as odds of 1.01 for an event with a far lower actual probability, or odds swapped between two teams), VIP77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on those values before the event is settled, returning the staked amount to the user's balance. Bets already settled with incorrect odds may be reviewed within 72 hours of the error being identified.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all amounts wagered on that event are fully refunded to the user's balance. Events postponed to within 12 hours of the original start time remain valid. Events rescheduled to a different date will have their bets cancelled and amounts refunded, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
Live bets at VIP77 are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. A live bet is only confirmed once the system has processed and accepted the request at the odds in effect at that moment. If there is a connection delay between the user's device and the platform's servers, the odds displayed on the device may differ from those actually applied. The final odds applied are always those shown on the bet slip confirmed by the system.
Live bets placed during game stoppages (halftime, VAR reviews, or injury breaks) may be suspended or canceled by VIP77 at the sole discretion of the trading team, particularly when there is a risk of insider information about the outcome.
The cash out feature lets users settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a value calculated based on current probabilities. If bonus abuse is suspected — including but not limited to placing very low-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — VIP77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, withhold any winnings generated from it, and close the account involved.
The rollover (also known as the wagering requirement) is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x rollover on a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 500.00 in total bets. Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
The weekly and daily cashback from the VIP77 Program is credited as real-money balance, with no rollover requirement, and can be withdrawn via Pix immediately after the credit is applied.
Unused bonuses or those whose rollover requirements have not been met within the validity period will be automatically canceled. The standard validity period for the welcome bonus is 30 days from the date of redemption. Other bonuses may have different timeframes, always specified in the promotion description.
